Code of Conduct

Rules and regulations must be upheld to be part of our community. This Code of Conduct charter will provide the foundation for you as a player, and as a person, to have a good time as well as provide a good time to the players and people with whom you interact. Any violation of these rules has the possibility of being removed from the raid group or guild. We will only make decisions that are fully thought out; our guild will not tolerate bad eggs, no matter what.

  1. Raider Expectations
Must be willing to do what you can to improve yourself. Our time is not more valuable than yours, but if you don't bring your best to the table and exhaust every option you have then you're saying that your time is more valuable than ours. In not coming prepared you're holding the group back from its full potential.

    • Bag full of class-role required consumables. Specific lists will be in Discord.

    • Be online at least 15 minutes prior to pull time, 30 minutes preferred. Notify a member of the Leadership Team by posting in your group's Callouts channel if you will be late or for a change to absent.

    • Assignments will be posted at least one day prior in your raid group's Assignments channel. Review your assignments prior to pull time so you do not need to review during the raid.

    • Come properly geared. Fully enchanted and gemmed. Have special case gear ready such as resist sets.

    • Treat others with courtesy and always be helpful as we will strengthen the raid by lifting each other up higher.

    • Agree that all spots in the raid are decisions finalized by the Raid Leaders. As such, they will make the best decision to fill spots based on attendance, performance, and raid mechanic necessity. The Raid Leaders reserve the right to refuse a spot if any of the Raider Expectations are not satisfied.

  2. General Conduct
Always keep in mind that you are wearing the tag "<Bad Juju>" under your name and when people judge you, they will also judge the guild. As in real life you only get one first impression, so try to make all experiences in and out of the guild positive ones.

    • In guild there are a lot of different kinds of people and players, some that may take what you say as offensive or hostile. So, in short, remember that Guild Chat and Discord is a guild wide platform so it should be treated as such and not your personal forum.

    • While in the eyes of the public, i.e. people who are not members of this guild such as but not limited to in: Trade chat, General chat, PUG groups, etc., you should maintain an attitude or persona that best represents the guild. Trying to behave better than you would in Guild Chat is the best thing to consider before hitting your Enter key. You are representing our guild.

    • Be willing to build with the guild. The Leadership Team is only human, and no one is perfect or all knowing. Our team will always try to do what is right for the people, but sometimes we may fall short. In cases where you feel neglected, wronged, or have ideas that can help us progress in any way please share that information with anyone from the Leadership Team. Please share your input as soon as possible so the Leadership Team can quickly address your concerns.
